How does the 30-day free trial work?
You can try Schedulino for 30 days at no cost. There is no obligation to buy and we don’t ask for credit card details. After 30 days, you can decide if you wish to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the software.
What does 'Active User' mean?
An active user is any person that has been added to Schedulino. This includes managers, supervisors, and employees. You can archive users and they aren't counted in your subscription plan.
Can the plan be changed later on?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We will prorate the cost so you always pay exactly what you owe. We will also add a proration line to your invoice.
Are there any additional fees?
No. You don’t pay for anything extra like cancellation or onboarding fees. It’s all included in the subscription price. The only extra you may need to pay is tax or VAT, depending on where your business is.
Are VAT charges applied?
The VAT is added to purchases made by all entities within the European Union, except for companies that are both:
- registered within the EU (outside of Ireland)
- in possession of a valid VAT ID
If you’re a consumer (i.e. a private individual or non-business entity) anywhere in the EU, a VAT charge is applied. If you’re a business based in the US or elsewhere outside the EU, there’s no VAT charge.
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel your plan at anytime but no refunds will be issued. However, your subscription will remain active at its current level through the end of the billing period that you've already paid for.
